Our Inspectors

Dick and Brad Crump are a father and son inspection team, based here in Columbus, Oh. We have been in business for over 10 yrs now, and have done over 5000 houses. Each inspector has completed certification courses through Hondros College, and we are fully bonded, insured, and licensed to do Home Inspections and WDI inspections (wood destroying insects).

While the industry is continually changing, we do our part by taking continuing education classes and required hourly credited classes by the state for our WDI inspections. We operate within the industry standards of what is expected from a home inspector, and a home inspection.

We offer our clients an  in-depth look at their house, and take them on a journey through their operating systems in the house. We offer preventive maintence advice, educate them on how their systems work, and much more!

Brad is 35 years of age, while Dick is close to retirement  ( Brad does all the roof’s, attics, and crawl spaces!!).
