Quality Care Home Inspectors are engaged on a contractual basis to provide real estate home inspections for perspective homebuyers, real estate companies and mortgage lending institutions.

Each inspector is fully bonded and insured with E & O and General Liability insurance. Our inspections will be performed in compliance with industry-accepted standards of practice and will yield a computer generated on site detailed report for the buyer, agent and inspector.

We do not offer estimates of repair costs, if recommended, or an appraisal value of the inspected property. Our inspectors have done over 5000 inspections.

The following is included in our 72-point inspection of the premises:

• Structure: foundation, basement, crawlspace, footers, columns, walls, chimneys

• Exterior: grading, walls, patios, decks, driveways, sidewalks, gutters, downspouts

• Roofing: structure, coverings, flashing, skylights, vent stacks,

• Electrical: Service entrance, main and sub panels, outlets, switches, GFCI, grounding

• Interior: walls, ceilings, windows, floors, doors, stairs, fireplace, smoke detectors

• Plumbing: Supply and distribution lines, fixtures, functional flow, drains, vents, traps

• Garage: floor, walls, outlets, garage door and opener, ventilation

• Kitchen: appliances, cabinets, and sink,

• Bathrooms: Toilet, sink, bathtub, shower, heat, electrical and moisture detection

• Heating & A/C: controls, thermostats, registers, ductwork (including air distribution), combustion system (including carbon monoxide detection), a/c components.

• In addition as a convenience to the client we can offer, upon request the following additional inspection: Termite for $55.00 Gas Line, Well & Septic and Radon Gas can also be scheduled through Quality Care Home Inspection through our association with a local independent environmental health service company.
